Loudermilk Conference Center FAQs

Planning a meeting or conference should feel clear and supported from the start. Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions about hosting events at the Loudermilk Conference Center in Downtown Atlanta, including our catering policy, in-house audiovisual support, nearby hotel options, and connected parking.

We do not allow outside catering.

As a full-service conference center, we have an in-house culinary team that is creative, experienced, and deeply committed to the guest experience. Our team starts early so that when you arrive, the coffee is already brewed, meals are prepared with care, and service flows seamlessly.

By handling all food and beverage in-house, we remove the burden of coordinating multiple vendors, managing deliveries, or troubleshooting day-of logistics. You get consistency, quality, and ease, so you can stay focused on your program rather than the operations behind it.

We do not offer overnight accommodations at the Loudermilk Conference Center.

Most of our guests choose to stay at The Candler Hotel, located about 0.3 miles away, an easy and pleasant walk to our building in downtown Atlanta.

Many organizers appreciate this setup because hosting your meeting with us means you are not locked into large room-block commitments or restrictive agreements that often come with hotel venues. You get the flexibility you need, and your guests enjoy a smooth experience from hotel to meeting space.

We do not allow outside AV vendors.

At the Loudermilk Conference Center, you will work with our dedicated in-house technology team, which has deep experience supporting mission-driven organizations, leadership gatherings, and large-scale convenings. They do more than “run the tech.” They partner with you behind the scenes, staying attuned to your agenda, your speakers, and the pacing and nuance of your program.

Because they work exclusively in our spaces, they can anticipate needs before you name them, from last-minute slide changes to smoother transitions to ensuring every voice in the room can be heard. Their support gives organizers what matters most on event day: reliability, ease, and real peace of mind.

Yes. Parking is directly connected to our building. You can include parking in your meeting package for validation, or guests can pay upon exit. Parking may be discounted or included depending on your package. See location and parking details for directions, rates, and arrival notes.
